Sending an inquiry

Send us an inquiry about your project or order—use our contact form or email us directly. Tell us what you need and what your expectations are so we can prepare an accurate quotation.

We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Our specialists will analyze your request and provide you with a comprehensive reply, including a quotation and answers to all your questions.

Order

If you accept our offer and decide to use our services, you will be able to place an order. We will provide you with details regarding fees and payment terms.


Pickup or shipping

You can pick up your order in person, or if you prefer, we can deliver it to the address you specify. The delivery cost will depend on the type and size of the product. We strive to provide you with convenience and flexibility.

Satisfaction guarantee

Files for quotation should be provided in the following format:

  • .dxf, .dwg, or .pdf for 2D drawings

  • .stp, .igs, or .x_t for 3D models


The inquiry should include the following information:

  • Material type (thickness, grade)
  • Material: supplied by us or provided by the client
  • Number of components
  • Operations to be quoted (cutting, bending, welding, etc.)
  • Expected order completion date
Minimum order value:

Orders can be placed with us starting from just 1 piece.


Important information 

Documentation sent in formats other than those listed above will extend the quotation time and will be processed later. This involves additional work by our technologist, which will be included in the quotation. Each inquiry is considered individually.
